Each spring, we gather at the Vancouver Convention Centre to connect with our peers and learn the latest trends in dentistry.
Post attendance we will unite as a study club and discuss what we have learned and chat about what we will embrace as we discover new technology and resources to help make our practices flourish.
If you didn’t have the chance to attend, join us anyway as we discuss the highlights.
How often do we check in with our team, really connect with them to see how they are doing. Not just your regular “Hi, how are you?” But showing a true interest in their well-being.
We will discuss how we can create a team that supports one another and an environment where each person can feel valued and appreciated. Including, ourselves.
