Monica proved to be a very capable individual, establishing, from the company’s inception, the entire administrative services division. She implemented protocols and managed all the scheduling, marketing, continuing education program, website implementation and updates, bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and provided numerous other areas of support for the owner.
