Dr. Laura Mach, a successful general dentist with a practice in Iowa and a certified life coach will be joining us. Dr. Mach mainly coaches dentists who own their practice. She is on the speaker’s circuit delivering a powerful message on creating understanding and relief within the dental team.

Dr. Mach will help attendees understand why we get so frustrated when we are trying to simply understand one another and discover how to fix most communication challenges using one simple tool.

Dr. Mach also offers insight into creating a safe space for transgender patients. Understanding the history, identifying the terminology, discovering appropriate language use and exploring tips for inclusivity for both transgender children and adults.
